The South

Where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter; summer starts in April; front porches are wide and words are long; macaroni and cheese is a vegetable; pecan pie is a staple; Y’all is the only proper pronoun; chicken is fried and biscuits come with gravy; everything is darling and someone is always getting their heart blessed. -unknown

I love those quirky things kids say. My 22 year old sister is still trying to live down the time we were watching a movie and the "formatted to fit your TV" screen came up. She turned to the room and wondered aloud, "But how do they know how big our TV is?"

Thanks for coming by on the MA BATW day!

Regarding the comment you left for Tamara about the high school entry. Not that I am proud of it, but why do you think we were sneaking out to the car drinking?!?! When I think back to the reunion, I can't help but go, what a mess!

cute... I smiled which was what I needed. Have been bummed all afternoon since I stepped on my husbands new hp tablet touchscreen and cracked the entire screen. $1000.

Thanks, it really did cheer me up. Kids are so cute. Lily just came in the living room and said she did not want me in here being sad all alone so she would sit with me.

I'm sure Brent loves that his truck looks like a momma van!
