Brent came home last night after being gone all week, (including on my birthday.) I have to say, the boys were really good. We enjoyed doing fun things this week together.
Brent brought home a surprise for them and they loved it!!! It was the biggest lollipops I have ever seen.
Thanks Daddy!
(I'm just a sucker for that guy!)

Those look yummy. Did they finish them up? Those things take forever to finish.
No, we wrapped them back up and will work on them again later. I think they will be around awhile :)
I think they had fun and enjoyed them....you could tell by the smiles on their faces!
Those are huge...you're such a good momma letting them eat them on the couch :)
Hi,
My nephew has found a great way to teach his children about money. They have 3 small jars that they keep in their room - The 1st jar is labeled "God", the 2nd is labeled "Savings" and the 3rd is labeled "Jack" (his son's name). Each week Jack is given 8 quarters - 2 quarters goes to God's jar - this one stays empty because he puts this money in the offering each Sun. morning, 3 quarters go in the savings jar, and the rest is put in the jar labeled "Jack". If there is something that Jack really wants he puts his money in the savings jar and saves for it - or Jack can spend from his jar for whatever that week. I am making jars for Sara and Jay to take back with them:) I think it's a great way to introduce taking care of your money. I bet your guys would love this too!
