The South
Where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter; summer starts in April; front porches are wide and words are long; macaroni and cheese is a vegetable; pecan pie is a staple; Y’all is the only proper pronoun; chicken is fried and biscuits come with gravy; everything is darling and someone is always getting their heart blessed. -unknown

It is still Fall!
I realized the other day that my children seem fascinated by leaves! I guess they would be since we don't have any trees in our yard. NOT ONE SINGLE TREE! I grew up in a neighborhood that you could hardly see the sky because of all the trees.
So we snagged a small opportunity today to have a little fun and just play in the leaves. I say we, but actually the boys and Aunt Tina played.
Sometimes, it is just the simple things.......

very cute! Todd loves to rake the leaves. I am not sure why. I always hated that chore!
We have no trees in our yard, but alot had blown in from the neighbors and made a pile along the driveway - Sara and Jay had so much fun throwing and playing in them! It was then I wished I had not asked Stevie to cut them all down because they were having so much fun in them. Loved the pics!
Those are great pics. It still kills me to see Christina all grown up.
Love these!!
