The South

Where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter; summer starts in April; front porches are wide and words are long; macaroni and cheese is a vegetable; pecan pie is a staple; Y’all is the only proper pronoun; chicken is fried and biscuits come with gravy; everything is darling and someone is always getting their heart blessed. -unknown

Haircut

This picture is pretty blurry, but you can see Reese's new hairicut. He loves it! He likes to spike it up some days like his good friend Cooper. I think it fits his personality. Now Brooks wants his cut short too, but I like his hair longer. On my, what is a mom to do...

I think he'd be cute even if his head was shaved! :)

We agreed to let Peyton go the summer without getting a hair cut. He looks like a shaggy dog. ha ha You know the old cartoon one with his hair in his face.

He is so cute! Todd is wanting to control his hair choices, too. I told him he could let his get longer but it would be a pain in the pool. that ended that argument. Oh, how I wished they were all that easy! My friends with teens say they long for the arguments over hair only. I guess we better get ready!
