The South

Where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter; summer starts in April; front porches are wide and words are long; macaroni and cheese is a vegetable; pecan pie is a staple; Y’all is the only proper pronoun; chicken is fried and biscuits come with gravy; everything is darling and someone is always getting their heart blessed. -unknown

Open House

I took Brooks to Open House last night at ACA. I saw at least 3 people that were in my class while I attended there. I also saw countless others that attended ACA either before or after me. Brooks enjoyed walking around to the different classes. He enjoyed the computer games in Mrs. Kachelman’s room especially. We went to the music room as we were leaving. I was especially impressed with Mr. Williams. He performed a puppet show just for Brooks. You can tell that he loves what he does and ACA is lucky to have him. The entire visit was a great experience.

We are leaving today to go to Brent’s grandparents house in North Georgia. We always enjoy our time visiting with them. Hope you all have a good weekend.

That is funny to think about him going to ACA. I wished we had a good christian school for Todd to go to. Enjoy your weekend!

That's too funny. Some of the last people I would have thought of.
