The South

Where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter; summer starts in April; front porches are wide and words are long; macaroni and cheese is a vegetable; pecan pie is a staple; Y’all is the only proper pronoun; chicken is fried and biscuits come with gravy; everything is darling and someone is always getting their heart blessed. -unknown

Bathroom Mat

I have a confessions to make.
We have lived in our house for 3 and 1/2 years.
This past Saturday I went and bought a bathroom mat for in front of the tub in our bathroom. Up until this point we haven't had one. Isn't that sad. It isn't because we couldn't afford a bath mat. I think it is because that is something that is just not fun to buy. The girl that sits in the office with me said if she had known that, she would have went and bought me one. I don't have any excuses though. She asked if we just stepped out onto cold tile and I have to admit yes.
I will have to figure out what I need next. Watch out world!

I was just telling Brandon today that we need to get one. Our shoer door doesn't keep the water from leaking out...actually I think you could take a whole 'nother shower with what leaks out. But, we just use towels in the place of a mat. I think a mat would look much nicer. We just bought our towels a couple of weeks ago from Target, so I'm hoping we can get a mat from that same line.

I actually like buying mats. I want a real big one made with bunches of fabric, you know the one?, for our tub, but it is EXPENSIVE, so we just have a regular runner mat there for now.
