Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/2 t cloves
1/2 t allspice
2 cups nuts (optional)
1 large can pumpkin (or 16 oz of fresh pumpkin)
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add wet ingredients. Blend well.

Grease 3 loaf pans. Pour batter into them and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.

Looks wonderful! I haven't had any pumpkin bread in ages. Guess the kids will learn a new recipe!
